Healthy Peanut Butter Granola is a simple homemade recipe filled with chunky clusters of whole, healthy ingredients. Made completely gluten and dairy-free, and ready in 30 minutes or less!

Ingredients:
Dry
* 3 1/3 cups Rolled oats (300g)
* 2/3 cup Almonds (90g) chopped, or any other nuts
* 1/2 cup raisins (80g)
* 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (35g)
* 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
* 2 tbsp ground flaxseed (15g)
* 2 tbsp ground coconut (15g)
* 3 tbsp Goji berries (30g) or cranberries
* 1 tbsp Chia seeds (10g)
* 2 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Wet
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 cup Peanut butter (120g)
* 10-15 Dates (140g)
* 1/3 cup Water (70-80ml)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 F (160 C).
2. In a big mixing bowl mix together all dry ingredients.
3. In a food processor process dates, peanut butter, salt and water until creamy
4. Combine together wet and dry ingredients.
5. Toss onto the lined tray and press with spatula or your palm
6. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. In the middle of the baking time (15 minutes) flip mixture and bake another 15 minutes.
7. Allow to cool completely on the baking pan.
8. Broke in small pieces
9. Keep in an airtight container.
